Simple rules for a small service.

GoodKidVids is intended for parents, guardians, educators, and other adults. By creating an account or connecting an AI client, you confirm that you are at least 18 and can agree to these terms. Children may watch selected videos with adult involvement, but they should not create accounts or submit personal information.

GoodKidVids organizes human-reviewed information about third-party videos and creates finite playlists from that catalog. It may also make catalog and playlist tools available to approved AI clients through MCP.

The service is in closed feedback. Features, integrations, quotas, and catalog entries may change, pause, or be removed as the product is tested.

Review notes and recommendations are editorial judgments, not guarantees that every video will suit every child or situation. Adults remain responsible for deciding what to play, supervising viewing, and checking current third-party content.

GoodKidVids is not medical, psychological, educational, or legal advice. Automated playlist parsing and AI-client responses can be incomplete or wrong.

You are responsible for access to your email account, session, devices, unlisted playlist links, and connected AI clients. Disconnect an integration or contact us promptly if you believe access is unauthorized.

You may not impersonate another person, bypass access controls or quotas, probe for credentials, disrupt the service, or use GoodKidVids to violate law or another person's rights.

MCP access is provided for personal, feedback, and approved integration use. Do not use it for bulk scraping, resale, building a competing catalog, evading rate limits, automated abuse, or attempts to retrieve private data outside the authorized account.

GoodKidVids owns its site design, original writing, organization, and software, subject to open-source licenses and other stated rights. Video, channel, thumbnail, and platform rights remain with their respective owners.

YouTube, AI clients, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. A video can change, become unavailable, or behave differently from when it was reviewed. GoodKidVids does not control those services.

If you send product feedback, you permit GoodKidVids to use it to evaluate and improve the service without payment or attribution. Do not include confidential information or personal information about a child in feedback.

The service is provided on an as-available basis during closed feedback. To the extent permitted by law, GoodKidVids disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or third-party content.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. If GoodKidVids is found liable for a claim, its total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim. The current closed-feedback service is free.

We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, data, providers, or the service, or to respond to misuse. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. California law governs these terms, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court in California unless applicable law requires another forum.
